Kyle McCleery - President

Kyle began rock climbing over 10 years ago. While working as a team building facilitator and counselor he was drawn into the sport of rock climbing by a colleague. After his first climbing trip the love affair began. Over the past decade, Kyle has worked for and with numerous climbing gyms, clubs, related businesses, while still managing to climb in over 20 states and 3 countries. Keeping close to his team building roots, Kyle continues to educate and develop companies and organizations all over the country on what the word “team” truly means. Kyle works to give people the tools to achieve cohesion in their business/personal lives, in order to reach their goals. He has lead team building and experiential workshops for sports teams, fortune 500 companies, youth groups, military, law enforcement, church groups and so on. He was also the Director of Experiential Education for summer camps used to film Disney’s hit television show “Bug Juice”. He has operated in multiple states as an AMGA accredited climbing guide, an AE Certified Challenge Course and Team Building Facilitator, and AEE professional member.
